I just want to give the most massive shout out to Izzy's Service! The AC in our house had been out since Saturday and the temp inside the house reached about 90°. We called a fairly well known company in town and after waiting for 2 days they came out today and said there was nothing they could do to fix it right away and quoted us at about 4k. I called Izzys and the owner came out personally in about two hours, was so kind and helpful, and got it fixed and running by the time I got home from my meeting tonight. For a FRACTION of the cost the other company quoted us. On top of that he got us set up with a biannual check up plan to make sure the units are getting the maintenance they need and recommended a bunch of awesome people to help us with other things that need work around the house. Thank you so much Izzy’s!!! Definitely recommend to everyone ❤️

This is an edit to my previous review. They replaced my connector on my AC. The bad connecter blew the 3amp fuse on the mother board. Both parts were $13 on amazon I was charged over $400 for the service. They were here 1 hour. They fixed the problem. The Tech was friendly. No problem. My question is how much is reasonable for a service call? Is $380 per hour reasonable? Then he showed me oil under the blower motor. Explained my blower motor was going bad. "Its leaking Oil" the tech said..Obviously concerned with the hot months near and not wanting to go through summer with out air, I started looking into a motor replacement. I looked online, In my motor there is no oil reservoir. No oil in the entire motor. I went a step further. I pulled the motor out. OPPS, no oil on the motor, no oil leak. No oil in that motor. If there is no oil in the motor, how can it leak? The Technician was nice, but not truthful.. I won't be using this company again. I do know a lot more about heating and AC then I did before. Where do I start to THANK THEM….I want to give the highest the greatest big thank you to IZZY services. We were recommended to them from our last service technician that we’ve had.I want to give my first thank you to Maggie and Mercedes in the office for helping us in our time of need our AC unit had went down on Friday so we were no AC throught the weekend. I gave them a call and they looked at their schedule and was able to get someone to my house in less than an hourMy second shout out will be to Emmanuel and Tristan for coming out looking at my unit explaining what was going one with the unit. Izzy's was prompt and efficient in scheduling our yearly A/C "tune up." Their tech, Emmanuel, was quick, efficient and personable. He discovered an unexpected problem, explained was what needed, and initiated the warranty claim to get that additional work approved. Within days, approval had been obtain, and a 2nd appointment was scheduled for that week. Emmanuel was again our technician, and he performed the needed part replacement in a quick and competent manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Izzy's for your A/C maintenance and service needs.

We have a relatively new constructed residence in Parma ID. Our HVAC system has been without problems and Apollo came out for maintenance. He is a treasure ! He made sure all the fittings within the HVAC system were secure, shortened an exterior drain for the summer condensation runoff with an elbow fitting. He realized my husband was changing the filter in the shop furnace and has ordered more; they will be delivered on our next maintenance visit. Pretty remarkable service, thank you Izzy's.

Huge shout out to Israel and his nephew that came out and fixed a problem that was caused by the home builder at installation. It was a hard job, difficult access but they worked super hard and found the HVAC drainage problem. In my book, they provide very professional and courteous service! We called Izzy's service this morning because our furnace wasn't working and with little ones at home, it was important for us to get it repaired quickly. Mercedes let me know their available tech was on a call but would get to us as soon as possible and he showed up about an hour and a half later. Apollo was a great communicator and was able to pinpoint the issue right away, then explain to me what needed to be done to get us up and running. He was done in less than an hour. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Izzy's Service and will continue to use them in the future. Great family owned local business! I needed to replace my furnace and air conditioner. I first got a quote from the company that did a maintenance check on my AC. It was high, so I called Izzy’s. The owner came out and met with me to go over all my options. I was looking for good quality with low total cost ( I was financing it). Izzy’s quote came in $10,000 cheaper for total cost plus financing. Of course I chose Izzy’s! The owner’s wife helped me with the financing and even getting rebates from Idaho Power and Intermountain Gas. I highly recommend this company.

Izzy’s put in a new a/c unit two yrs. ago. One yr. later it needed more coolant and then It worked fine all summer. This yr.again it wasn’t cooling properly and Izzy’s came out the very next day after I called. The technician worked on it again and he found and fixed the leak. THE BEST PART is they did all this without any additional charges as I was promised when they put in the unit. Izzy kept his promise PLUS showed up immediately when he was notified of a problem. How refreshing to deal with a business that can be relied on to do what they promise. By the way, Apollo was the technician that came out this last time. I highly recommend him to handle your concerns . He is pleasant and professional with a big smile.

I got a quote from Izzy’s that included a $1500 flat fee for “leak search” AND 5 hours of labor at $180/hr ($900 total), to fix the leak, bringing the total proposal to over $3000. Luckily I chose to call another place and they completed the entire job promptly and professionally for the price that Izzy’s quoted me for just the labor alone. Shop around when it comes to HVAC work because Izzy’s total quote was over 3x more than what the other company charged me for the same job.
